Customers enrolled in a subscription or recurring purchase program may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
To cancel or manage your subscription, please contact:
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
