At Candy Theory we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of ingestible wellness products, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to protect product integrity and customer safety.

By purchasing from Hair Ingredients, you agree to the following policy.


1. General Policy

Due to health, safety, and contamination concerns, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Partially consumed products
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Claims based solely on dissatisfaction without supporting evidence

2. Eligibility for Refund Consideration

A refund request may only be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • The customer used the product consistently as directed for a reasonable period of time
  • The customer can provide clear before-and-after photo evidence demonstrating no visible improvement
  • The customer provides proof of purchase
  • The customer returns all remaining product containers, including empty bottles if requested
  • The request is submitted within 90 days of delivery

Hair Ingredients reserves the sole right to determine whether a refund request qualifies under this policy.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.


3. Required Documentation

To request a refund consideration, customers must email:

with the following:

  • Full name and order number
  • Clear before-and-after photos taken in similar lighting and angles
  • A written explanation of product usage consistency
  • Photos of all remaining product containers
  • Any additional information requested by our support team

Failure to provide complete documentation may result in denial of the request.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Failure to follow product directions
  • Inconsistent use of the product
  • Orders delayed by carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Personal preference regarding taste, texture, or packaging
  • Claims made without photographic evidence
  • Natural variations in individual results

Hair Ingredients does not guarantee specific cosmetic or hair growth outcomes, as individual results may vary.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.


6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Hair Ingredients actively monitors and disputes fraudulent chargebacks and abuse of this policy.

Submitting false claims, manipulated evidence, or attempting to retain product while receiving a refund may result in:

  • Permanent refusal of future service
  • Chargeback dispute escalation
  • Reporting of fraudulent activity where applicable
